What are some totally unbelievable war stories?

I'm involved in a very intricate discussion with someone, and I'm looking for war stories from soldiers coming back from a war (at any point in the past few hundred years) that are totally unbelievable. For example, some soldier that claims that an angel came down and grabbed the bullet out of the air that would have hit him, or one that claims that dead soldiers rose from the dead right on the spot. If you have any examples, please tell me as much of the scenario as possible. Thanks much.|||How do I word this without being rude? I was a soldier as you call them for eighteen years in the front lines and covering six different Countrys. I was in Viet-Nam from 1965 until 1972. I never saw a bullet stop until it had hit with fierce impact and take another life. Next was Africa where I spent five years fighting the Islamist rebels and protecting the civilians. Next came Iraq Iran %26amp; Kuwait. Tell these soldiers that there are medical advisors that they are able to talk with. Head shrinks in there cases.
