Considering developments since World War II in China, how has it developed a democratic government?

3. Considering developments since World War II in China, how has it developed the most genuinely democratic government? Why do you think so?|||China is a brutal Communist dictatorship, and has been since October 1949 when the Chinese Communist party won the Chinese Civil War.

There's been no democracy in China since - and,in truth, there wasn't much before either.|||China does not have a democratic government. It shuts down dissent, censors news, no real elections, the people have no say in gov. Democracy movements appear now and then in the country but tend to be shut down fast and brutally.

If in doubt, look up Tienanmen Square. No legitimate historian or political theorist would call China democratic.|||I don't think that it DOES have a Democratic government! They don't vote for their leaders. And they are just NOW letting up on dictating/allowing only ONE CHILD PER FAMILY.|||No...china are communists.|||It hasn't, the Chinese are communists.
