How the war in Gaza is different from the war in Lebanon 2006?

The Israeli Winograd report suggests the war in Lebanon 2006 was a failure in many ways. Is Israel really doing it differently this time? How different?|||There'll never be any difference for, what these jews are lacking is THE COURAGE %26amp; BRAVERY in which the Palestinians have gotten PLENTY.

They're all COWARDS. Period.

Even here on this forum, they 'only' join in to report, delete, suspending others,.........in order to cover up the facts,.....and oooh boy, sending hate mails while blocking that person and make their e-mail inaccessible!!lol.

Pure cowardice.

They're nothing but Jokes.

So, it doesn't really matter, if they've got the modern army only to murder and target the innocent civilians OR receive all these monthly billions from US along with God knows what.......it all comes down to the courageousness in which they've gotten, NONE. Sure, these jews would like to portray them selves as the holy chosen this %26amp; that with their propaganda and owned mass media, but C'm-On, who are they really trying to kid??!!lol

Those days are long gone and playing victim won't cut it any more.

PS, talking about suspension.

These ''Holy Chosen Ninnies" got my account suspended yesterday (for the 2nd time!lol),....heh, like i give a hoot.

***Im answering for the 2nd time for, these cry baby ninnies are busy reportinglol|||First off, planning. The Gaza operation was planned over a long period of time and is being executed by experienced soldiers, in large part. The Lebanon war was a situation that came on unexpected and strategies and tactics were determined on the fly.

The Lebanon war is considered a failure only in that Israel allowed Hezbollah to remain without any guarantees that would prevent them from rearming. Israel seems intent on not falling into that trap with Hamas. By any other standard, the Lebanon war was a great success for Israel...destroying over 2/3 of Hezbollah's capability. But this is Israel and the Middle East and Israel measures success by its continued existence and the existence of its enemies and their ability to wage war against it. In that sense, Lebanon was a failure as Hezbollah was not completely destroyed.

Of course, if Israel had been given the opportunity to complete its objectives in Lebanon, they might well have destroyed Hezbollah....but the international community is content to live with terrorism so long as they hide behind human shields....lest the children be hurt.....of course the children on the receiving end of those terrorist rockets and suicide bombers never receive the same consideration.|||Hamas is the majority party in Palestine and the war is based on political end games. Un like Hezbollah who is a small party in Lebanon. The majority support hamas in Palestine. Israel can not kill the majority of the people and that is Hamas strength the people.

So whatever the out come of Gaza war Israel is losing big with Hamas.|||The only difference is that the Lebanon war was for a limited period of time. The Gaza war started since 1967 and still on. Now it is at the greatest extent.|||More civilians were displaced rather than killed in the Lebanon war. This "war" is already a failure.|||Lebanon is a country. Gaza is a region that Israel controls...Totally different|||Hezbollah was better armed.|||Lebanon is not a terrorist country... the palestinians deserve what they got.
