If America declared war to other powerful nation such as the chinese and russian for whatever future reasons, how much damage will it be, is it like to be a real nuclear war and world war III?|||M.A.D.

Happens as a result of two super powers lobbing nukes back and forth. On the bright side its not going to happen. No one is dumb enough to go toe to toe with another giant anymore and there's plenty of safeguards to prevent it.|||im to tired to tell you how ignorant you are|||Chances are, the war would be fought with only conventional weapons (not WMD). This is because neither side wants to bear responsibility for turning their country into a radioactive glass parking lot. However, if it reaches the point in which it looks as if the we could not stop the enemy from taking over the mainland U.S., or the enemy could not stop the American military from overrunning their homeland, it is very likely a nuclear exchange may take place. Hopefully, our leaders aren't stupid enough to let it get that far.
Currently, the US military could easily outperform either China or Russia in a conventional war (this may change within 10 or 20 years).
